Owl Handling Classes
Learn How to Hold & Interact with Owls!
Come and learn about all of the owls of Animal Adventures and even learn how to hold one. You will learn about our Eurasian Eagle Owls, Great Horned, Barred Owls and now our Spectacled Owl Mothra! Holding will be done with Petra the Eagle Owl, or Mothra! These classes are very limited on space, and spots are first come, first serve. The Owl Handling Class experience is about 1.5 hours long.
Looking for an awesome owl experience, but short on time? Try our Owl Connection Class instead! This is the shortened version of our popular owl class and is about 30 minutes long.
Due to safety reasons, we cannot allow any unaccompanied minors. All people under 18 must have a paid parent/guardian with them.

Fox Class
Family Friendly Fox Class
Come and learn all about the many foxes of Animal Adventures: Red, Pearl, and Arctic Foxes; Fennec Fox and Pale Fox! Also meet Rafiki the Gray Fox we rescued from the fur trade. You will also get to meet our baby fennec fox!
Due to safety reasons, we cannot allow any unaccompanied minors. All people under 18 must have a paid parent/guardian with them. Note: not all foxes will be able to be touched. Some foxes can be pet in accordance with state and federal laws. All touching is at the discretion of the zoo staff.
Due to limited space all sales are final!

Adult Zoology Classes
Animal Zoology Program for Adults in Bolton
Have you ever had a passion to learn more about animals, possibly pursue a career in wildlife, but the cost of college is just not reasonable? Animal Adventures is now offering classes for adults and professionals. Whether you have worked with animals before, are currently pursuing a Zoology degree, or just love animals and have some free time, we have the class for you.
These popup classes run for 4 weeks on Thursday nights at 6:00 PM.

Two-Toed Sloth Class
Don't be lazy, join us for our brand new Sloth Class Experience! This 90 minute class will start with a short 20 minute(or so) lecture about the Two-Toed Sloth, by Dr. Ed Laquidara or one of our Senior Zookeepers. Then we will meet Esther and Sid our beautiful Two-Toed Sloths where each individual will get to pet them, feed them by hand and take a few photos with them(no holding, they don't like that). Plus you can take the rest of the time to walk around the zoo and see our other rescued animals.
Space is limited.
